LAS VEGAS, Nevada – Caracal USA today announced that Travis Gibson has joined Team Caracal as a sponsored 3-Gun competitor. Gibson will represent Caracal USA during the 2018 season, shooting a CAR814 A2 competition rifle build. Customers and fans are invited to visit Caracal USA at the Shooting, Hunting, Outdoor Trade (SHOT) Show at booth #2829 to meet Team Caracal’s Travis Gibson and receive an autographed photo.

“Over the last several months I’ve been working with Caracal USA to come up with an out of the box match-ready rifle for 3-gun, 2-gun, and other action shooting type competitions. Following a discussion regarding the details of the equipment I was currently using to compete, Caracal quickly went to work. A couple of revisions later, I was very excited to see the finished product they came up with. I’m so proud to be a part of Team Caracal,” stated Gibson.
The CAR814 A2 Competition Rifle build highlights include an 18” carbon fiber wrapped barrel from Proof Research, lightweight free-float hand guard, a Geissele Super 3-Gun trigger, extended magazines release, and a Minimalist butt stock.
Caracal USA will showcase the CAR814 A2 competition rifle build alongside all-new variants of the Enhanced F pistol, the CAR814 A2 direct-impingement rifle, and the CAR816 piston rifle. Each are proudly manufactured in the United States.
